A decade after Expo 2015, Milan is ready to turn the spotlight once again onto food, culture and innovation. From 5 to 8 May 2025, the city will host a new edition of TUTTOFOOD – the international food fair that promises to be more than just an exhibition. It is a celebration of ideas, flavours and connections, designed to spark a dialogue about how we will nourish ourselves in the years to come.

Under the new direction of Fiere di Parma, TUTTOFOOD 2025 is set to be the largest event of its kind in Italy and Southern Europe, welcoming thousands of exhibitors and visitors from across the globe. But what truly sets this edition apart is its spirit: a commitment to creating bridges, not just between countries, but between cultures, disciplines and visions of the future.

The numbers are impressive – with more than 4,700 brands and 150,000 square metres of exhibition space – yet what matters most is the sense of curiosity that will run through the pavilions. Alongside the excellence of Italian producers, there will be stories from the Philippines, the United States, Egypt and beyond, offering a rich tapestry of traditions and new perspectives.

In tune with the way our tastes and habits are evolving, this year’s TUTTOFOOD will look beyond food alone, shining a light on the world of beverages, spirits and contemporary mixology. An entire pavilion will be dedicated to the art of the drink, with a focus on creativity, low-alcohol innovations and the delicate pairing of cocktails and cuisine. The aim is not merely to showcase products, but to celebrate the rituals of hospitality and the pleasures of the table, in all their evolving forms. Yet perhaps the most exciting development lies outside the fairground itself. For the first time, Milan will host TUTTOFOOD Week – a city-wide festival dedicated to food as culture, nourishment and shared experience. From 3 to 8 May, exhibitions, talks, tastings and pop-up events will take over Milan’s most iconic venues, inviting locals and travellers alike to rediscover the city through a new lens.

At the heart of this "fuorisalone" will be the ADI Design Museum, hosting Essenziale e Quotidiano – an exhibition exploring how design shapes the way we eat, cook and gather around food. Every evening, chefs, designers, scientists and philosophers will come together for conversations that promise to be as inspiring as they are unexpected, drawing threads between sustainability, tradition, innovation and pleasure.

This is Milan at its best: creative, cosmopolitan, and deeply rooted in the art of living well.

TUTTOFOOD 2025 and TUTTOFOOD Week are not just events to visit; they are experiences to be lived — a glimpse into how food, once again, becomes a language of connection, invention, and hope for the future.
