Our chef Delfina has been living in Saragano her whole life and brings to CECI Italian recipes and techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. Most of the ingredients she uses are harvested from our very own garden or sourced from local farmers. Our menu evolves with each season’s harvest, beautifully paired with a curated selection of regional and natural wines, thoughtfully chosen by our sommelier.
